Gamarjveba is a georgian village, where i grew up. Literal translation of the village means “to win”. I recorded this sound in 2015. Went to fields where we used to have lot’s of apricot trees. Semi drives by on the highway. I tried to edit out some of the background noise, but you still hear a flag snapping in the wind a bit. However, if you layer this on top of some ambient highway noise, it shouldn't be noiticeable.
H2n zoom placed underneath a feeding place for small birds as they go back and forth between the feeder and trees close by. Towards the end a tractor drives in the distance and a cat walks by making the birds fly away at once.
